Who can use your products?

Suitable for all skin types.

Our Sunset Facial Oil's moisturising & rebalancing ingredients deeply hydrate skin without clogging pores.

Our Radiance Powder Mask formulated as a detox, pollution-fighting mask. Due to the astringent properties of the ingredients it is geared toward people with normal to oily skin and/or acne problems. It can be used by people with all skin types but people with dry skin should use it only once/a week not more often as it might have a tendency to over-dry the skin. However, it is a great detox mask!

Where are your products made?

We handmade our products in small batches at our small studio in Texas to maintain the freshness of each product.

Do you use natural ingredients?

Our Sunset Facial Oil and Radiance Powder mask are made using 100% natural ingredients combined to soften and soothe your skin.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Our products have been tested for a shelf life of 18-24 months. To keep the products fresher longer, it is best to keep products in a cool, dry place without direct sunlight. 

Do you test on animals?

No and we will never test on animals. Our products have only been test on those who would be using them – friends and family!

Are your products vegan?

Our Sunset Facial Oil and Radiance Powder Mask are both vegan.

Do your products contain any preservatives?

No. We add no preservatives of any kind to our products. For this reason it is important that they be stored away from heat and direct sunlight/bright light in order to give them the longest possible shelf life.

I think I've had a reaction, what can I do?

If you believe you've had a reaction, please take a photo and send it over to info@yahual.com.

If this is provided within 14 days of purchase, we will be happy to find a resolution to this.

Please note, redness is common after using clay masks as the clay stimulates blood flow to the skin.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship to all US territories, and are hoping to expand our international shipping in the future.

My order was damaged during delivery. What should I do?

In the unlikely event any of your products arrives damaged please contact us as soon as possible and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.

May I change/cancel my order?

Yes. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will amend or cancel it per your request.
