Returns & exchanges
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any of our skincare. We can accept returns for our accessories as long as the return is received within 14 days.

We can offer an exchange or shop credit in some circumstances within 14 days of receipt. Please send us an email at info@yahual.com with any concerns about your purchase.
Please note that the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs involved in returns and exchanges.
